Returns:
We do not accept product returns.

Shipping:
All items must be inspected at delivery (even if the product is delivered by threshold delivery) and notate any damages before the delivery driver departs for a damage claim to be accepted.

We require notice of any product issues within 36 hours of delivery in order to process any replacements or repairs. 

Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled. Under certain circumstances (for example, product availability issues or necessary substitutions) we will assist in amending orders.

Please measure your space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products from us to ensure that they will fit into your home. If a product does not fit, we do not accept product returns, and you will not receive any whole or partial refund.

Damages:
In cases of damage during transit or other product issues, we will work with you directly to coordinate for repairs, and (if necessary) replacement of damaged piece(s). If you observe damages or other issues, please reach out to our team. 
You will be asked to provide:

• The order number that the item is attached to
• A picture of the shipping packaging that the item arrived in
• 4 pictures of the item itself showing the damage (2 up-close, and 2 from further away)
   

Estimated Shipping Time:

• Estimated shipping times vary by order. A tracking ID will be emailed to you so you may easily track your order. 
• Estimated shipping times represent the amount of time your order will be in transit once your order has left the factory. 
• When you purchase a product from us, any shipping times we provide are ESTIMATES ONLY and actual delivery dates may vary.

 

Shipping Outside of the US:
We do not ship outside of the United States. We do not provide assistance or transit in any way outside of the United States. 

We do not provide delivery to nonresidential addresses/locations.

Standard Shipping/Delivery:
All product pricing includes shipping. 

We are NOT responsible for any incurred storage fees or held shipment charges should you choose to delay shipment. We are NOT responsible for any charges due to shipping arrangements made without approval from our shipping department.

Standard shipping includes curbside delivery (Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm) within the contiguous United States. 

• For parcel items, curbside delivery is defined as a no-signature required delivery to your mailbox, front door, or curbside.
• For freight items, curbside delivery is defined as a signature-required curbside delivery.
• Curbside delivery carriers will NOT carry your delivery up stairs or enter your home under any circumstances. 

White Glove Delivery:
Some of our products are oversized, heavy, fragile or very unique, and require White Glove Delivery service to ensure that your order arrives safely to your door. This service is predetermined and cannot be selected nor removed.

• Please see the item SPECIFICATIONS to note if White Glove Delivery is included for that item.
• When your White Glove Delivery order reaches your local delivery hub, you will be contacted to schedule a by-appointment 4-hour delivery window to receive your order. White Glove Delivery is made Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
• White Glove Delivery service will bring the item(s) into your home, carry your item(s) up to 1 flight of stairs, and dispose of the packaging materials. White Glove Delivery service is UNABLE to provide assembly and construction, move existing furniture, or make any modifications to your home. 
• Please measure your space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products from us to ensure that they will fit into your home. If a product does not fit, we do not accept product returns, and you will not receive any whole or partial refund.

The following companies are used for residential deliveries:
UPS, FedEx, USPS, Diligent, Metropolitan, uShip, Freight Club, Sun Delivery, Zenith, Brooks, Ryder, Old Dominion, YRC, Rapid Express, Saia, ABF Freight Systems, Estes, R+L Carriers, ABF Freight, Road Runner, and others depending on circumstance and location. Residential deliveries with multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments, from multiple carriers. 

*Please note that delivery companies have the right to deny driving on your driveway. Due to Covid restrictions, some areas are not able to receive White Glove delivery. Certain companies have restrictions on entering premises due to contamination risks and mask mandates per State/County/City. We will let you know if there is an issue with the receiving address being able to have White Glove delivery available. Thank you for your understanding during these trying times!
